Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

The Management Optimization (MO) team aims to drive collaboration, optimisation and synergy for Trust & Safety (T&S) global functioning, whereas other T&S functions fight at the frontline for content integrity and community safety. Our team owns the operation management related metrics and data and shares them across global moderation teams. We drive change initiatives within the teams, and ensure they perform with maximum efficiency.

The role interacts with includes images, video, text related to everyday life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• You will design, build and run operation management related metrics. These may include data related to the efficiency & quality performance of global moderation teams
• You will provide data support across various markets on business reports, run analysis and collect root cause analysis (RCA) feedback
• Together with the team, you will identify gaps through data analysis and provide improvement insights to global management teams
• You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in presenting the data to various stakeholders globally with a focus on the EMEA Market
• You will be supporting the global users of the metric systems

Qualifications

• You have experience in analytical roles and are comfortable working with large datasets
• You are able to dive into data to understand trends, patterns etc. and are capable of communicating these in written and verbal form to stakeholders
• You're proficient in Excel & Google sheets, hands-on experience in SQL
• You are familiar with data visualisation tools, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc. and have experience building / maintaining dashboards
• You enjoy working with numbers
• You have strong communication, presentation & documentation skills
• Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
• Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
