What you'll do:

• Manages daily operations and performance of the distribution department
• Accountable for achieving Gundersen Health objectives, productivity standards, and cost control goals
• Manages high level analytical and technical information to plan and execute supply chain management best practices utilizing LEAN Six Sigma principles
• Create and maintain an efficient, cost-effective program included but not limited to: inventory control in multiple departments and locations, patient equipment usage, storage, receiving, distribution and data/information/patient charge management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in related field
• 1-3 years of experience with inventory management and ERP system
• LEAN Six Sigma and leadership experience a plus!
