Overview

The Project Operations Manager reports directly to the Corporate Account Sales and Service Implementations Director and is responsible for defining the project sales execution scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Work closely with other team members on various project and initiatives related to the lifecycle of a Corporate Account sales and service implementation
• Define project sales execution scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Gather business requirements working with the business sponsor and development team
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Hold launch calls with strategic sales and service teams
• Effectively communicate project expectations to direct manger, team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Act as liaison with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Previous implementation and project management experience is preferred
• Strong presentation skills required and must be comfortable presenting in front of large groups, including executives and clients
• Ability to read and produce reports
• Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
• Ability to think strategically and strong attention to detail
• Work in groups and be able to manage multiple teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Position primarily based in Norwell, MA.
