Using predictive insights and recommendations, Works helps hospitals react to fluctuations in demand, while its staffing marketplace creates competition to fill open job requisitions with high-quality, active talent.

What we’re looking for:
Trusted Health is looking for an experienced Manager to join the Finance & Strategy team. You will be an instrumental contributor as we build the Finance & Strategy team in a hyper-growth environment. The Finance & Strategy team is a cross-functional partner that provides financial and strategic decision support to the business functions to ensure the achievement of the organization's near and long-term financial goals. This role will have a heavy impact and high visibility to senior business leaders.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the FP&A process, including annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting and monthly/weekly reporting of actuals
- Build and maintain revenue operating models and integrated financial models to ensure accuracy, and lead the overall financial planning process
- Cross-functional partnership throughout the organization with key business stakeholders to analyze financial impact and optimize strategic initiatives
- Develop competitive benchmarking for key topline revenue growth operating metrics and other P&L focal areas to enable executive decisions
- Identify and prioritize process improvements & automation opportunities to streamline current processes
- Construct KPIs and standard reporting packages for the executive team
- Drive operational excellence throughout the Finance & Strategy team; lead best practices for a growing team
- Support capital planning and corporate development activities, including competitive analysis, valuation, preparation of investor materials and managing diligence
- Drive continuous improvement and expand team responsibilities, including ad hoc analyses
Who you are:
- Ability to be agile and solve problems both independently and cross-functionally
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present financial information in an easy-to-understand format
- A self-starter with the ability to thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA a plus
- 5-7 years of strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting experience
- Direct experience in building and/or managing an FP&A process at a high-growth technology startup
- Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex business problems, leading to recommendations and action plans
- Extensive financial modeling and deep business acumen, including knowledge of NetSuite, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Bonus experience: Looker, Salesforce, SQL
