What will you do

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of finance analytics products for our business, including FP&A reporting, sales reporting, and Customer P&Ls
• Drive efforts to consolidate regional finance analytics reporting into global solutions
• Partner with business owners to establish product vision, define business outcomes and measurement
• Build product roadmaps to align stakeholder expectations and provide clear direction and focus to the team
• Translate business needs into prioritized user stories, accountable for value delivery
• Provide technical guidance to product teams, such as data integration, analysis, and visualizations
• Plan resourcing for the team, interview, select, and onboard new members
• Act as the “voice of the customer” within the team to ensure the team “builds the right thing”
• Drive engagement with third parties to support delivery of team objectives Facilitate release planning, sprint planning and demos with stakeholders
• Interact with other teams within the Product/Platform as part of synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-squad tasks
• Promote a data driven culture through the utilization of standard methodologies and processes and apply design thinking principles

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years or more of experience supporting business intelligence systems
• Experience with product centric ways of working and agile scrum methodology
• Demonstrated success in leading cross functional self-organized teams
• Minimum of 5 years or more of experience working with complex finance data and analytics solutions supporting FP&A
• Hands-on database and visualization experience (Tableau and/or PowerBI) and expert SQL skills required
• Expertise with at least one of the following database technologies (Azure stack preferred) and familiarity with the others: relational, columnar and NoSQL (i.e. MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, Vertica, MongoDB)
• Understanding of data modeling skills (i.e. conceptual, logical and physical model design)
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Highly skilled and confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by leveraging your expertise in product development and UX
• Experienced in managing product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, removing blockers

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of OneStream and SAP BW/4 hana is preferred, but not required
• Experience in CPG industry is preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is USD$97,000- USD$166,750 and is location/region specific.
