What You Will Be Doing
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will establish internal processes that safely ensure the production of high-quality products that meet compliance and project requirements.
What You Need for this Position
At least 3 years of experience with the following:
- Interacting with customers to determine requirements, manage projects, facilitate changes
- Leading the project process through to customer approval
- Support the quoting of new projects with model interrogation, development and cycle time estimates
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods to improve safety, reduce scrap, improve first pass yields and throughput, and reduce costs
- Designing new tooling or tooling improvements required to produce quality parts and troubleshoot CNC department programs and processes
