Marketing Coordinator - GID $2000 Signing Bonus
Position Overview

Position Responsibilities
- Produce a variety of catalogs, pamphlets, and mailers.
- Maintain template consistency and file quality for catalog, print, and digital media.
- Ensure consistency of database information, file structure, and archiving.
- Create and design strong graphic layouts for the General Implement equipment catalog.
- Create and/or edit various presentations to assist the sales team with either in-line catalog items and/or key customer presentations.
- Create and/or edit various design updates to in-line catalog items.
- Assist in trade show booth planning from a graphic design perspective i.e.:
- Assist with laying out trade show booths o Assist with creating print-ready sales collateral
- Assist with creating print-ready art files & imagery for trade show display
- Assist with key retailer store-walking to stay on the pulse of current design & packaging trends
- Create and/or edit content & imagery for the website
- Create and/or edit sales collateral materials like sell sheets, catalogs, etc.
- Create and/or edit production-ready art files for our manufacturing partners to use for the production of our products
- Assist in various graphic design requests to help assist with various sales efforts
- Create and/or edit various presentations to assist the sales team for either in-line catalog items and/or key customer presentations
- Create and/or edit various design updates to in-line catalog items
Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree required.
- 3 to 5 years experience in catalog, prepress production, and design.
- Solid technical understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
- Quick learner, adept at learning new programs.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize work and minimize production downtime.
- Excellent proofing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Reaches to answer phones
- Read paperwork, files, and records on the computer
- Communicates by phone and in-person
- Bends body to file various paperwork
- Walking and moving about on foot often through uneven terrain
- Hears well enough to receive communication by radio, phone, and in-person
- Bends body downward and forward by bending at knees or waist
- Remains in a standing position if required to perform various functions of the job
- Ability to move and position heavy equipment
