EZ Living Interiors are seeking to require a Marketing Manager based in our head office in Little Island, Cork.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for EZ Living Interiors in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with the executive team, such as the managing director, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments such as In-Store/Print/Online/Radio.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
• Developing and overseeing content creation for Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other relevant online channels. Responsible for ensuring all new uploaded products online contain high standard descriptions, photographs, pricing, grouping /categorising products and online promotions.
• Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Responsible for managing company accounts and presence on all platforms.
• Responsible for ensuring the marketing budget is delivering a return on investment.
• Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as brochures both internal and external.
• Taking overall responsibility for brand management and company identity.

• Excellent written, verbal and oral presentation communication skills.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Highly organised and able to work within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Customer Service experience an advantage

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Minimum 3 Years’ experience in relevant sector or similar role.
