We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, ambitious and self-driven individual with a passion for beauty / medispa marketing. We are seeking a mid-level Marketing Coordinator to join our team of hard-working professionals. The ideal candidate for this role is a creative, collaborative, pro-active individual with a genuine interest, talent and proficiency inAs the Marketing Project Manager, you will help shape our brand’s growth and evolution. You will be able to explore your entrepreneurial spirit, exercise your critical thinking and establish a synergistic mindset in alignment with our passionate team. You will use your working knowledge of various marketing channels and tools to create effective project management guidelines to support and guide the team in the execution of PPL, digital media, SEO, email marketing, web site development and social media.

The right hire is deeply experienced in collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement specific project management strategies and is skilled in building systems at all levels.

What you'll be responsible for:Create and manage full Social platform calendar.
Manage social channels under direction from founders (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)Content creation for all social platforms: video, photography
Videos: Take the videos, edit videos to the brand book, Post the Videos
Photography: Take photos, edit to the brand look, Post the Photos
Social engagement: Communication between the brand and consumers, build relationships with like-minded brands, and increase the followership across all Viktor Michael platforms.
Email Content: Design monthly email using Mailchimp or Constant Contact per the Kucumber Spa division.Send out emails and manage lists.
Marketing material: ideate and execute needed marketing materials per Founders needs.
Copywriting Responsibilities: Social, Email, and Marketing materials (postcards, packaging, websites, etc)
Website: Kucumber Spa monthly site updates
Updates include: photos, flyer promotions, copyProvide marketing support for online and onsite events (Seattle Area)
What we're looking for:Prior experience in Beauty Marketing necessary, Medical Spa experience a plus
Must be in the Seattle AreaCollege degree a plus
Minimum experience – 3-5 years in beauty-industry project management experience
An entrepreneurial spirit – willing to roll up sleeves, do foundational work, bring lessons learned and explore new approaches.
Anticipates needs – knows based on extensive experience with this stage and what's ahead, and stakeholders' styles/needs
