1. Part Time Position: Therapist must be licensed, and willing to work a minimum of three days. Self-motivated. Customer service skills are mandatory.

2. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff. Must have basic computer skills. Interview clients to gather medical information. Confer with clients about their medical histories and problems with stress or pain to determine how massage will be most helpful. Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion. Assess physical conditions of clients to aid in diagnosis or treatment. Massage and knead muscles and soft tissues of the body to provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries, or wellness maintenance. Administer therapy treatments to clients using hands or physical treatment aids. Apply finger and hand pressure to specific points of the body. Use complementary aids, such as Gua Sha, hot stone, wet compresses to promote clients' recovery, relaxation, and well-being. Perform other adjunctive therapies or treatment techniques in addition to massage. Maintain treatment records. Maintain medical records. Refer clients to other therapists who specialize in a needed modality when necessary. Consult with other health care professionals, such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, and physicians to develop treatment plans for clients. Develop and propose client treatment plans and therapy programs that specify which types of massage are to be used. Treat clients in professional settings or travel to clients' offices or homes. Provide clients with guidance and information about techniques for postural improvement and stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and rehabilitative exercises.

Assess and complete massage within 60 minutes. Schedule clients. Maintain the cleanliness of the room. Build clientele base. Greet clients and explain special offers. Accept receipt of payment. Assist with any other duties as needed.

3. Compensation Rate: $25/hr.+ Tips to start. Pay increase after 3 months by performance level.
