Master Data Analyst job in Greenville, SC is available at SEE. You'll be responsible for the management of SAP Master Data information including the transfer of Material and BOM information from engineering CAD files and other documentation to SAP. You should have prior experience managing master data in SAP and preferably a Bachelor's degree. Job Description
Provide SAP Master Data business support for other departments at PESC as needed.
Provide Master Data Material creation and maintenance support for other North American and South American countries that sell equipment from PESC.
Support the management and archival of engineering CAD files and associated documentation.
Provide CAD reprographics services for PESC as needed.
Generating reports from SAP – including interpreting the data – Purchasing, SC, Engineering
Manage data entry and accuracy within the GMC tables in SAP to support material and bom/route creation.
Manage BOM and route creation, explosion, and maintenance, including the associated creation/maintenance of BOM/route structures.
Ensure material creation and maintenance is always aligned with Product Portfolio.
Provide support to the user community when needed. This involves all direct or indirect related departments as well as regional Master Data Teams within the Global Organization.
Multiple site support – South America and North America
Interface with engineering, purchasing, scheduling/planning, manufacturing, sales
Assist in various engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
Troubleshoot data and reports. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-5 years of experience with SAP Master Data entry and maintenance.
Implies creation and control of data management and maintenance, expertise in one or more specialized areas (e.g. Material creation, B&R, reporting), includes documentation and creation of procedures.
Database applications experience – MS Access
Participates and actively contributes to small business improvement projects.
Ability to read CAD machine design documents desired.
Essential skills for this position include strong analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, effective time management, organizational skills, the ability to effectively interface with all levels of management, and the ability to work as a team member.
Ability to adapt to change and handle change easily.
Ability to succeed in environment with conflicting priorities.
