is seeking Material Handlers for our warehouse in Montgomery, Alabama!
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
Available Shifts:
-
M-F 2:30pm-10:45pm
- M-F 2:50pm-1:30am
- M-F 10:30pm-6:45am
Job description: The Module Production Assembler is responsible for assuring that all work is performed according to the work order requests and specifications. The Assembler must understand and perform job tasks in a safe, quality, and timely manner.

Participate in team and safety meetings and promote safety within the workplace

Ensure equipment and workstations are cleaned daily
-
Understand and perform job tasks in a safe, quality, and timely manner
-
Meet daily production goals through continuous improvement and teamwork
-
Support company values and goals to establish a world class organization
-
Ensure that all work is performed accordingly to work order request and specification
-
Visually inspect material coming to the production line to ensure it is not defective
-
Support and communicate with Team Leaders daily
-
Maintain housekeeping to Mobis 5S standards
-
Understand and follow work instructions according to the TS16949 requirements
-
Cross train in other jobs as needed to fulfill production demands
-
Comply with all safety rules and guidance, as well as report all recognized hazards
-
All other duties as assigned
Required Education & Experience:
-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Required Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
-
Good verbal and written communication skills
-
Attention to detail and ability to detect quality defects
-
Ability to learn new tasks quickly and follow detailed work instructions
-
Ability to be a team player in a team working environment
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
