PSA is one of the fastest growing turnkey systems integrators, providing custom automation solutions and standard products for capital projects including; flexible robotic solutions, custom automated machinery, drives/controls & custom PLC projects to customers in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Bio/Pharma, Medical Device and Light Industrial Markets. In doing so, we represent leading, global robotic, drives and controls OEM’s like ABB, Kawasaki, Yaskawa/Motoman, UR Robotics and Allen-Bradley. PSAalso specializes in designing and manufacturing products for the Department of Defense through a variety of DOD and DOTC programs.

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Assembler

Job Requirements:

· Strong mechanical aptitude

· Eye for detail

· Experience working with machinery and all related parts

· Familiarity with standard power tools

· Ability to read prints and diagrams

· Coordination to work with hand tools

· Knowledge of fasteners and threads (Metric / SAE / different thread pitches in each category) and the ability to use both hand power taps and dies to achieve the required item.

· Ability to identify defects

· Ability to lift medium weight (50 lbs.) and do repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time

· Able to follow and comprehend verbal and written instructions

· Needs to have problem solving capabilities

· Ability to do minor machining work, using lathes and milling machines

· Needs to work and cooperate with others

· Needs to produce quality work (accurately and thoroughly) on a regular basis while maintaining the set schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
