- Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle pressure, interruptions and multiple projects with frequently changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in drafting documents accurately and clearly including subpoenas, correspondences, etc.
- Ability to obtain, review, organize and analyze medical records
- Maintain, organize, and track files including documents involving contact with client(s), employer(s), health care provider(s), pro-se claimants, claimant’s attorney(s), and state/local agencies in an efficient and effective manner.
- Interact with clients, respond to client inquires, keep clients updated on the progress of the case
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with firm policies
- Associates Degree or higher
- Exceptional organization skills.
