Membership Advisor - January Start - Part time

If you are a graduate looking for the next step in your career, or someone who has experience in customer service - be it retail, hospitality, Administration etc. , we're looking to meet with you!

Salary: €26,818 (Pro rata for part time hours) + full health insurance, a fantastic bonus scheme & pension, not to mention fantastic long term career opportunities!

This role will also offer Hybrid working options once training has been complete.
Part time hours: 20-25 hours a week open for discussion
Hours: 3pm-7pm for 25 hours or 5pm-7pm for 20 hours

• You will deal with members daily over the phone
• Manage a busy inbox & ensure every member is responded to in a timely manner
• Update the internal database with any information needed
• Provide information & answer any queries members may have
• You will work towards KPI's & targets & achieve these as best you can
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

What's needed from you?

• 1-2 years' work experience in a customer facing or customer support role
• A passion for customer service and problem solving
• Professional telephone manner
• Strong computer skills
