Romp n' Roll Midlothian is looking for a PART-TIME dynamic sales-focused Membership Desk Sales Associate to help provide our families with an incredible customer experience. Romp n’ Roll is the place to set kids dreams in motion. Kids learn by moving and doing. And there’s no better place to spark big dreams than Romp n’ Roll. It’s where children ages 3 months to 5 years, move, play, learn, and make friends.
Monday - Friday 8:30 - 12:00
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting families and providing exceptional customer service
- Providing program information to new customers
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with our programs
- Selling memberships and party packages,
- Answering phone calls, text messages and emails
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Building relationships with our families, and
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2--3+ years of customer service and sales experience.
Ability to multi-task
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Positive and upbeat personality
