You should hold a current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Illinois or exam eligible. If you are seeking clinical consultation, training, and collegial connection, able to work until 8 pm two to three days a week and until 6 pm on the other days, Along the Path may be the place for you.

$52,000 - $63,750 yearly

• Assess patients’ mental condition based on a review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members
• Integrate feedback-informed treatment into practice
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including goals and objectives for each patient
• Maintain Illinois state license certification
• Develop and implement one or more counseling groups
• Continue to refine clinical skills and the quality of counseling provided as a whole and on a case-by-case basis
• Actively address mental health topics/issues within the community
• Network with professionals and organizations
• Collaborate with staff and colleagues to improve client outcomes

• Impressive problem-solving and analytical ability
• Illinois LPC or LCPC License or eligible to take the licensing exam within the next few months (Non-Licensed Clinicians Must have a Master's Degree from a CACREP Accredited Counseling Program)
• Efficiently manage time

• Competent with technology - electronic medical records, scheduling, specifically Mac and iOS
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess self-knowledge
• Motivated to have a full-time caseload
