Job Description:

Goods are placed on orders from Milliken’s customer service representative. At intervals, Magnolia Distribution will locate these goods and pull the rolls storage racks, as customer needs require. Goods are physically pulled from racks and placed on skids to be prepared for loading onto customer trucks.

Goods are pulled and staged in 3 areas; warehouse #5 side dock, warehouse #3 side dock and/or the palletize area of the warehouse.

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse experience preferred

Must have awareness of PC hardware components

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve opportunities

Ability to interact effectively with management and staff

Must be able to lift 50lbs and be capable of using motorized equipment (Fork trucks, tuggers, order pickers)

Must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions

Must be able to work in an extreme hot or cold climate

Must be self-driven

Responsibilities:

Operate each job in the department according to established procedures

Follow written and oral instructions from department leaders

Retrieve shipping labels daily from office that consist of your work load

Once all pieces are pulled, return to office for new stack of labels

Pull rolls from rack and place in proper locations

Ensure 1st quality products are sent to be loaded

Maintain high level of housekeeping and cleanliness, keeping a safe working environment

Transport fabric and material from one area to the next using different types of material handling equipment

Once all pieces have been pulled, check with management and team leads to ensure everything has been completed before leaving

Any other duties assigned by management that may consist of locating, palletizing, cleaning, etc. as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.58 - $15.11 per hour
