Are you in a a sales-oriented role in the residential construction industry? We're looking for a driven Outside Sales Professional to join our results-oriented team in the Greenville / Spartanburg area! We have active leads and need YOU to come on board and close the deals! The person we're looking for will have success in B2B prospecting and closing new business. Contacts and/or experience in the residential construction and/or Single Family Residential Rental Homes space is a plus! This role targets GC's and real estate developers, as well as large regional and national property management companies with portfolios of thousands of rental homes. Compensation includes a base monthly expense allowance uncapped commission (paid monthly, based on gross profit of prior month's sales).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
