Network Administrator
A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position. In addition, NO C2C or 3rd parties please.The Network Administrator is responsible for maintenance, upgrades, and management of software, hardware, and networks. This person will respond to internal and external customer requests in person, over the phone, or through electronic means (e.g., ticket system, email). 5+ years of Windows system administration is a must while Networking experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate will:
- Monitor systems daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Have experience managing Windows servers, Active Directory Domain, and related services
- Have familiarity with Azure AD and Office 365 administration
- Be responsible for installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based systems and servers
- Also responsible for configuring user access, and maintaining the stability of the system
- Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM, MECM, MCM) experience a plus
- Be able to communicate clearly with customers in various formats such as telephone, email, and in-person
- Be organized and able to prioritize work effectively using effective multitasking skills
- Provide excellent customer service through patience, understanding, and empathy with customers
