Action Behavior Centers - Facilities Supervisor
Summary: Our Facilities Supervisor will help manage facility needs in their designated region.
A rockstar candidate will be the fix-it guru and know-all for operating centers.
This rockstar will manage all work orders and work directly with site contractors to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. This role can expect travel and extended hours during project completion. The ideal candidate won’t mind because checking off to-do’s and hitting targets is satisfying and exhilarating. We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.
Responsibilities
- Manage regional work requests - ensures completion within established timelines, quality, & standards
- Management and execution of ABC’s preventative maintenance program, not limited to scheduling, tracking results, and managing updates to ensure timely completion
- HVAC service contract management for the region
- Regional CINTAS program management
- Set up utility contracts, renegotiate upon renewal
- Oversees installs, inspections, repairs, and maintains all building systems per lease agreement
- Managing and running smaller projects as needed
- Maintains a safe and effective environment for all staff and patients
- Maintains relationships with local handyman, vendors, and subcontractors for projects within region
- Work cross-departmentally within ABC
- Travel daily to regional locations
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Asana is a plus, but not required
- Live and breathe by process improvement
- Excellent communicator with contractors, vendors, and landlords
- Naturally intuitive with tools and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- A strong, pleasant personality with a high EQ – we work with a variety of contractors on a regular basis
- Extremely detail oriented – you minimize mistakes because you care about getting it right
- You possess a high-level of organizational skills – you understand timelines an
- You like to work really hard – you aren’t watching the clock for quittin’ time because there is always more than needs to be done, and you like that
- Team player with the flexibility and willingness to help out cross-departmentally
- 1-2 years of facilities management, project management, operations, or related experience
- Undergraduate from a strong program
- Willing to travel to multiple centers within region
Compensation
- $50,000 starting salary + annual bonus based upon business KPIs
