ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families, emphasizing patient directed care and quality service.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to develop a comprehensive plan of care for each resident.
- Manages staff on the unit
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
- Works to maintain compliance with all state and federal requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid New Jersey State License (RN Preferred)
- 2 years nursing leadership experience
- Knowledge of electronic medical record system
- Management and leadership abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
