OD Consultant

We are currently looking for an experienced OD Consultant (full or part time) to join our team to support our Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets. This role is responsible for providing Organizational Development strategic service offerings to maximize performance and accelerate growth for our clients.?The OD Consultant works with client’s executive leadership team to align business goals with leadership development, organizational structure and design, and cultural direction.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership coaching and consulting
• Leads strategic organizational planning to improve productivity and organizational efficiency.
• Understands business operations and profitability and how to leverage employees to maximize organizational needs
• Designs and facilitates training and development sessions related to specific HR programs or and management training for clients, and customizes content to meet cultural needs
• Consults with clients to provide strategic OD direction in alignment with the HRE Advisor
• Conducts assessments with clients including 360’s and utilizes the Cloverleaf dashboard for engagements
• Facilitates Cloverleaf workshops for clients
• Designs and facilitates HRE University programming internally and externally
• Conducts OD events and webinars as needed
• Knowledgeable of advancements in the field and presents new ideas to clients
• Instructs change management initiatives that maximizes talent and develops future leaders
• Conducts career mapping and workforce planning initiatives
• Evaluates organizational design and appropriate structure for future growth for clients
• Identifies plan to create a culture that attracts, retains, and motivates employees to their maximum potential for clients
• Conducts research through various methods (data collection, surveys, employee conversations, etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
• Provides career transition services to employees of clients
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field required.
• 10+ years Human Resources experience required.
• Significant HR experience in a variety of roles and industries; experience in a leadership role is helpful.
• Senior SHRM or other HR Certification preferred.
• Coaching certifications and certifications in assessments are a plus.
• Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of organizational development functions, methods, and best practices, as well as strong business acumen
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients
• Commitment to thoroughly addressing the client’s needs in a timely manner
• Ability to help the client be forward thinking in their OD practices and initiatives, and align OD strategies to business strategies
• Ability to understand the client’s business and explain ideas and concepts in a simplified manner that apply to the business
• Works honestly and with integrity to make appropriate recommendations to clients that are in the best interest of the client and HRE
• Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities and flexibility to improvise as needed
• A collaborative team player
