YOUR DAY AS AN OFFICE ADMIN - NEW PATIENT OUTREACH SPECIALIST

As an Office Admin - New Patient Outreach Specialist, you play an essential role in our practice. Because you are the person who contacts new leads and greets people who come through our door, you are the friendly face of our office. From your position at our front desk, you perform a variety of tasks each day that help our clinic thrive.

You provide excellent customer service to our established patients, and you contact leads who have expressed interest but aren't quite committed to coming in. By sincerely listening to them and addressing their concerns, you encourage them in their desire to improve their health and wellness.

Your duties involve interacting with potential patients on social media and running internal marketing funnels. You also help people fill out paperwork. A team player, you enjoy supporting our staff and getting to know our patients. Watching people progress with each visit fills you with great satisfaction, and you love reaching out to new patients and helping them attain their health and wellness goals!

WHAT WE NEED IN AN OFFICE ADMIN - NEW PATIENT OUTREACH SPECIALIST

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality or in an office setting
• Sales and marketing experience
• Technological proficiency and great social media skills
• Excellent phone and customer service skills
