About Your New Job
- Office coordinator job available until August 2023.
- Acting as an ambassador for the cork office, greeting staff, clients, visitors etc.
- Involvement in coordinating a planned office move.
- Management of the company credit card expenses.
- Provide assistance with facilities co-ordination.
- Organize travel, events etc.
- Assist with monthly newsletter content.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
What Skills You Need
- Previous office coordinator/manager experience.
- Good customer service experience.
- Good with IT – word, excel, quick to learn systems.
What’s on Offer?
- 4 day work week, Mon – Thurs.
- 3 days onsite, 1 day can be done remote.
- 9-5:30
- Salary 30,400 pro rata
