Job Title: In Office LPN

A PROVIDER AND EMPLOYER OF CHOICE!

We are looking for candidates with:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday - working 8am to 5pm in Perrysburg, OH
• LPN license through the State of Ohio
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel; DeVero EHR system a plus
• Knowledge of the home healthcare environment preferred
