Job Title: Office Specialist / Hardware & Small Parts Purchasing Agent

Rate of Pay: Pay Depending on Experience

Hours: Hours are subject to change.

8 hours per day, 5 days per week, overtime as needed

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Preparing Estimates & Invoices
* Inventory control (monitoring, purchasing, & receiving)
* Customer Service & Sales
* Email customer correspondence
* Answering phones
* General office duties
* Loading and unloading pallets with a forklift
* Pulling hardware for orders and packaging

Job Requirements:

* Must be dependable and punctual
* Customer Service & Sales Experience
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Understanding of basic computer technology
* Ability to follow direction
* Must be self-motivator
* Forklift experience preferred, but can train
* Must be able to lift 50lbs
