Cleaning:

Pay: $13.49 per hour Starting Wage
$14.69 per hour after Probationary Period
$17.10 per hour After 1 Year

Hours: Monday- Friday / 3:00pm - 10:00pm (7 hours daily)

Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:

1) Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.

2) Must have the ability to work with others in a positive manner.

3) Demonstrate a good work attitude and work record with good attendance.

4) Possess ability to pass physical examination and lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.

Custodial:

Pay: $14.74 per hour to start
$15.87 after probationary period
$19.03 after 1 year

Hours: 4:00pm-12:30am (8 hours per day Monday - Friday)

Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:

1) Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.

2) Have the ability to work with others in a positive manner.

3) Must have good communication skills.

4) Must be able to use/maintain cleaning and custodial equipment required for the position.

5) Must have knowledge of hard floor care, stripping/waxing, burnishing and carpet extraction.

6) Possess ability to pass physical examination and lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
