Operations Manager required -4 Star Hotel Dublin.

Choice People on behalf of Our Client are seeking a dedicated, committed Operations Manager who has a proven track record leading a large team. They must display a calm, collaborative, professional attitude and be a strong leader.

As Operations Manager you will sit on the senior team overseeing all day to day operations of the business including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, conference and banqueting and maintenance etc.

The Hotel itself has a good mix of food and beverage and rooms business. The position requires a strong operator who is sharp on detail with strong financial acumen and has had previous P&L responsibility. You must be a strong people manager, who leads from the front. This position requires an excellent communicator who has an open and collaborative management style.

Key requirements:

You must be a leader and problem solver who can continue to grow and develop the team and ensure guest satisfaction is at the forefront of everyone’s mind.

You will be a strong operator who has strong mix of Food and Beverage and Rooms experience and exposure to revenue, sales and marketing, finance, and human resources.

You must possess a proven track record within a 4 Star property in the Irish Market as Operations Manager with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.

You must be a quick decision maker, who can adapt to changing circumstances effectively and demonstrate resilience on a daily basis.
