We are seeking an Operations Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote .

What You’ll Do:
Manages the day-to-day activities of an organization's non-manufacturing operations department
Assists in evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures
Recommends changes when necessary and assists in the implementation of new processes
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
Directs the work of others
Reports to a senior manager or head of unit/department

Must Haves:
5 years of experience in the field
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
A wide degree of creativity and latitude

Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Hours & Location:
Standard M-F, 40 hours/week . This position will be 100% remote .
