Description:
- ONSITE position, traveling b/w our various facilities in the Greater Houston area... South Loop, Sugar Land, Pasadena, and The Woodlands. Occasional travel to other facilities may be needed.
- Fully train and Qualify at our 6 front line positions... 2 in our front office, and 4 clinical positions. This takes rank & file employees 6 months. But we are looking for smart leaders, and you should be able to do this in 3 months.
- After success through this crucible, or perhaps to some degree during it, you will be assigned various process engineering and project management roles, to help us solve the many business challenges we face as we grow.
All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of the staff, and to provide supplemental support, as required or assigned.
Requirements:
- MBA or MHA strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years Operations and/or Process Improvement experience preferred
- Familiarity with Lean operations
- High intelligence, sharp critical thinking skills, and strong communication skills
- Fast learner -- can read, learn, and apply large amounts of information
- High EQ, excellent interpersonal and people mgmt skills.
- Leadership skills -- "leading from the front". Earns respect of his/her peers.
- Meticulousness, attention to detail
- Maturity, good judgment, and a proactive mind, anticipate and preempt problems (rather than simply react to them)
- Tech savviness, organization skills

- All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of the PADS team, and to provide supplemental support as requested, required, or assigned.
- Initial 60-day Compatibility Period (CP) at a slightly reduced pay rate and no benefits. Upon completion of this CP, pay goes to 100% and full benefits kick-in.
Pay Rate: Starting at b/w $60,000, will go up to $80,000 within 6 months if results are delivered. Beyond that, for star performers, the sky is the limit.
