About the Role
The Operations Support Assistant will provide varied operational assistance to the school on a part-time basis including, but not limited to:
- Supporting with lunch delivery
- Supporting with monitoring student areas (e.g. water fountains, bathrooms, etc.) during high volume times of day
- Supporting the operations team with lunch set-up and break-down of lunch and/or breakfast materials
- Supporting the operations team with projects such as: report card preparation, conference preparation, etc.
- Other projects at the discretion of the Head of School and Dean of Operations.
Schedule & Benefits
- This is a part-time, hourly role.
- Staff who work at least 75% time are eligible for all of Excel’s standard full-time employee benefits, privileges and services, the details of which can be made available upon request.

- Have experience in a public or charter school setting
- Speak Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic fluently
