The Outpatient Rehab Director is responsible for leading and assuring patient quality, outcomes, and efficient processes. Infinity Rehab is looking for a leader with clinical vision and passion for post-acute rehab patients. The Outpatient Rehab Director ensures the efficient and effective operations of the Rehab Department. This includes direct therapy services to patients and management responsibilities such as monitoring admissions, treatment schedules, tracking MDS assessment periods and data.
