We are searching for a Pharmacist that is available for a temp to perm assignment . Travel or Local Pharmacists are welcome to apply. Full time, Day shift Monday - Friday
Overview:
- Long Assignment that could become a permanent position for the right person
- Relocation package will be discussed to right candidate

Duties:
- Help provide in-service training for pharmacy personnel or other clinic personnel
- Dispensing prescriptions and counseling patients
- Review medical charts per OBRA requirements
- Oversee the clinic medication formulary
Hours of operation:
- Mon Fri 8am to 5pm
Requirements:
- Washington Pharmacist license clear/active
