The Palo Alto office of Paul Hastings is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate or Capital Markets Associate for our premier global Capital Markets practice. Candidates must have experience in the following: advising issuers and underwriters in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions and counseling public and private companies on SEC reporting and disclosure matters, national securities exchange compliance, financings, and general corporate matters. Great opportunity to join a strong platform which has experienced significant growth over the last two years and is a strategic priority of the Firm. Strong achievement drive, strong academic credentials, law firm experience and client management skills are required. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $250,000 and a maximum of $370,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
