Legal Team Associate Job Description

• The Legal Team Associate is responsible for professionally relaying management decisions and lease renewal information to residents by phone and/or email.
• Key responsibilities include facilitating communication with residents regarding their lease renewals and legal cases, answering resident calls/emails, drafting letters and related documents, and working with other departments and/or outside professionals to provide residents with comprehensive information.
• Provides overall professional service that results in resident satisfaction and fosters positive tenant relationships, making the resident feel important.

Salary 53,000-60,000

Qualifications

• Education-Bachelor’s
• Prefer at least one-year experience in a corporate setting.
• Prefer at least one year experience as a paralegal.
• Ability to work as a team player and promote a cooperative work atmosphere.
• Strong ability in communicating with diverse groups of customers both verbally and in writing.
• Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines timely.
• Spanish speaking preferred
