Job description
This is a part time position in Dublin city centre. The successful candidate will be expected to attend the office one day per week Wednesday as this is the team working day.
This position requires someone with strong initiative who can work independently in a busy office while also working as part of a team. This role is well suited to an individual seeking flexibility in their role.
Key Responsibilities
· Processing supplier invoices.
· Engaging with suppliers and reconciling supplier statements.
· Entering prompt payment information as appropriate.
· Addressing queries from staff regarding expenditure
· Recognition and evaluating PSWT and self-accounting for VAT where applicable (on the above).
· Processing travel and subsistence claims, entering details on Sage and our travel schedule.
· Supporting the finance team
