We are looking for an Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support, such as updating member profiles, preparing documents, and managing databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Writing weekly Coaches schedules.
• Running daily reports.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Provide administrative support to Manager.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Troy, NY 12180: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Administrative experience (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office (Preferred)
