This is the perfect position for a stay-at-home parent looking for a hybrid position, working from home most days. Looking for someone to join our team who will be working mostly virtually (but may require some in-office hours). There are a wide variety of tasks including assisting managing attorneys in work-related and personal matters, doing client intake information, working with our billing software, as well as with our clouds in One Drive and Google Drive. Researching various business issues. Drafting letters, emailing, and uploading to clouds. Reviewing the attorney's emails and respond and file accordingly. Assisting Bookkeeper with entries and updating billing sheets.

Must have 2 years experience and have valid, checkable refences. Must have good working computer and cell phone.

Looking for self motivated, team player, who can be productive working virtually and with the team. Knowledge of CLIO, Pacer, E-courts (NJ), Google drive, and One Drive a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
