Responsibility

• You will use data to do analytical tasks and charting tasks related to patient information.
• You will process patients at the beginning and end of their appointment.
• You will be responsible for interacting with the patients at the beginning of the appointment through the final processing after their treatment.
• You will perform routine reception and administrative tasks designed to keep the health practitioners and the office running smoothly.
• You will answer and return follow-up phone calls and emails, set appointments, file, and process payments.
• Provide information regarding products and services offered.
• Effectively and efficiently schedule and confirm appointments.
• Review patient charts to confirm services and charges are accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk and reception area.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, including HIPAA, and practice compliance guidelines.
• Act as a liaison between the front desk and providers.
• Assist with open and closing duties.
• Do care calls and follow-ups calls.
• Work with leads to book consults.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Efficient, accurate, and interested in working in a fast-paced, upscale Medical Spa.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Experienced working at a Medical Spa.
• Possess excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle stressful conditions.
• Able to work with frequent interruptions.
• Have a friendly personality.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
