We are a large medical practice looking for someone that is out-going, incredibly friendly and loves to help people. This individual will be responsible for rooming patients for our doctors. Once the patient is checked-in and seen the proper staff for their testing, this individual will then make sure that the patient is seated in the correct room for the doctor.

The individual does not need to have prior medical experience but does need to be someone that prides themself on being organized, efficient, quick on their feet and a multitasker. We have between 2-3 doctors in a clinic at a time and this individual will have access to a dashboard showing where each patient is in their appointment process. From there, this individual will need to quickly make sure that each patient that is ready for their exam is seated in the doctors lane and all parts of that patients medical records are pulled up and on the screen for the doctor to review.

At times this individual may switch to helping at the front of our office when patients are checking in. They may be needed to warmly greet and welcome our patients and direct them over to our kiosks in a friendly way informing the patient that they are there to help if needed. In between helping assist on our kiosks this individual will be watching the flow of the clinic on our tablet and putting patients in the doctors exam lanes for the doctor. Day-to-day the main job of this individual will be to keep our flow going, improve patient satisfaction, and reduce wait times for patients.

* Able to stand for long periods of time

* Computer/ technology savvy

* No experience required

$17-24/Hour

Alternative work schedule available 4 days a week/ 10 Hour Shifts
