Location: Thomasville, GA

Pay Range: $10.00 HR./ - $15.00 HR./
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:50AM – 5:00PM

What will be expected of you in this position

• Handle benefits and insurance
• Handle invoices
• Process hours
• Answer phone calls
• Correspond via email with clients
• Collect mail and run errands as needed
• Assist with parsing resumes into the system
• Auditing files
• Other job duties as assigned

What experience or education do you need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous professional administrative experience

What other attributes would make you a good fit

• Clean Criminal Background
• Ability to type 45-65 WPM
• Have an open minded and flexible approach with clients and co-workers
• Be proactive and self-motivated
• Work analytically and creatively
• Be organized and have good planning skills
• Have good problem solving and reasoning
• Use Microsoft Office Suite with ease
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Actively listen and handle all inquiries with good discretion
• Have reliable transportation
• Maintain a professional demeanor
• Be punctual and dependable
• Remain patient and friendly towards clients and applicants in all interactions
• Work occasional overtime to complete tasks
• Be self-motivated but able to work well in a team
• Multitask and prioritize tasks well
