Renton Computers is seeking a knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy computer repair technician for break/fix work with a dash of customer service.
If you are skilled in the following areas, we want to talk to you:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Troubleshoot computers Mac and PC .
- Data recovery.
- Hardware / Software diagnostics.
- Hard drive Diagnostics and imaging.
- Laptop disassembly/reassembly; screen and power jack repair.
- Screen Replacement
- Networking.
- Remote support.
- Tablets screen repair experience.
- Soldering components.
- Provide repair on customer's premises.
- Provide technical support in person and over the phone.
You must have good communication skills (written and oral) and be able to work well with others.
You will occasionally have to deal with customers in the store and in the field, so be presentable, personable, and able to explain technical concepts in layman's terms.
