PCF 11 Head of Finance - Payments house, financial services
PCF-11 approvalBased in Dublin (with hybrid working office/home but ideally to keep building would like this person around the office as much as possible)Own good conduct and ensure adhere to legal and regulatory requirements (sufficient resourcing, capitalisation, compliance with all capital adequacy and liquidity requirements, underpinning robust processes and forecasting).
- Finance Business Partnering, FP&A (cost and revenue performance), commercial support
- Supporting key executive memberes in their decisioning of business strategy
- Control environment and liaison with Risk
- External Financial Reporting and Internal
- Tax, Treasury
- Ad hoc projects
- Divisional Team leadership

Qualified Accountant - CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent- Excellent comms and gravitas to inspire
- Former FinTech, Payments, or any Lending environment a huge plus point
