As Personal Assistant you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City Centre and is easily accessible via public transport. Your new company offer hybrid working options and will require you to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As Personal Assistant you will support Senior Management and their teams with day-to-day and project administration. You will work closely with Senior Management and will report to the Administration Manager.
Your duties will include but are limited to providing high quality transactional and administrative assistant to senior management, composing and distributing written correspondences, event/meeting coordination and management, reporting/logging team actions/KPI’s, diary management, escalating risks and issues to relevant internal stakeholders, organising and maintaining files and general administrative and ad-hoc project tasks that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 3 years relevant experience providing PA or EA support to senior level managers. Relevant experience within a Public sector body or Local Authority is advantageous but not essential. Competency to manage large volumes of information and data is necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Experience working within a team and independently with excellent organisational skills is necessary to effectively meet the deadlines. You will also have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
