Job Purpose

The Photographer & Marketer position is a role that extends greatly beyond Marketing, Photography or Graphic Design. We are seeking a candidate that is excited about taking full advantage of the opportunity to build their own position within our company. The position works closely with other design and product development staff as well as the Sales Team. The ultimate goal is to shorten the link between Product Development / Marketing and Sales. Success in this position is measured by increasing sales by helping customers discover more sellable products, inspiring ideas, and engaging projects. The ideal candidate is ambitious, results-oriented, efficiency-driven, meticulous, and a "sales thinker". The Photographer & Marketer position will be at the forefront of the business, directly assisting with marketing efforts that result in real sales.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities

• Stage & Style Lifestyle Photography for Floral, Garden, Craft, and Pet Themes.
• Order product from the warehouse to take the appropriate white background photos.
• Shoot simple video and stage video shoots according to the content and need
• Understand the marketing relevance for photography and video, and initiate projects with a sales focus to accomplish a specific goal.
• Ability to carry a project from identifying the need to solving the problem by means of photography and videography.
• Implementing the resulting media on different platforms such as WooCommerce, Amazon, Chewy, etc.
• Learning how to organize and multitask while meeting multiple deadlines and projects.
• Getting creative, rationalizing by finding support in sales, implementing new marketing strategies for the brands.
• Any other duties that a manager may assign to you from time to time.

Ideal Working Knowledge

• Benchmarking leading websites and e-commerce companies and their processes
• 3rd Party Sites such as Amazon.com, Walmart, Chewy, Wayfair, etc.
• WordPress or WooCommerce is a plus
• Experience with email marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Experience and knowledge of fundamentals of PPC Marketing is a plus
• Social media advertising and graphic campaigns
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, InDesign, etc.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments over the phone and email
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills through all levels of communication outlets
• Work closely with the team to ensure that all company goals are met or exceeded
• Self-learner, self-directed, and sales mentality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
