Job description
- Be knowledgeable of the equipment, parts, and components that are covered by warranty and the duration of such warranties. Available warranty information will be furnished to the Contractor by the COTR or delegated individual.
- Ensure all equipment, components, and parts, are not removed or replaced or deficiencies corrected while still under warranty of the manufacturer (or the installer) without prior approval of the CO or COTR or delegated individual.
- Minimize inspection and maintenance work conflicts with other efforts occurring within or around various buildings throughout the term of this contract. In the event that conflicts occur with other Contractors that cannot be satisfactorily resolved, refer the matter to the COTR or delegated individual for resolution.
- Establish and maintain operating parts and supplies to ensure systems can be restored to proper operating condition within 8 hours.
- Contractor shall maintain spare parts/equipment in secure storage spaces for purposes of repairing/replacing faulty equipment.
- Clean up all debris/discarded materials resulting from their operations, and job site and adjacent area shall be cleaned prior to leaving the job site.
- Provide end user training that includes initial and refresher training on physical and technical security systems, to include ODNI Security personnel. Training will be provided on physical security equipment installed on vault alarm systems and vault/safe combination locks to ODNI customers as needed.
- Contractor should assist in SCIF Management tasks as needed to include but not limited to record-keeping and inspection/survey coordination.
- Contractor should assist on general physical and technical security projects as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Core Qualifications for the Security System and Technologies Lead.
- At least 5 years of recent security system and technologies experience.
- 5 years of relevant technical expertise, specifically with LENEL systems.
- Current applicable licenses required by local, county, and state codes.
- Possess at least an associate's degree or equivalent.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Desired not mandatory)
- Core Qualifications for the Security System and Technologies Administrator.
- At least 5 years of recent network configuration and management experience.
- 5 years of recent security system and technologies technical expertise.
- Experience working within physical security systems to include gates, fences, bollards, barricades, sensor systems
- Experience with lifecycle video surveillance system programs.
