Idaho Spine and Sports Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to help our patients get back to what matters most to them.
Idaho Spine and Sports Physical Therapy was established in 2002 and is expanding as market demands increase. We are privately owned with 4 outpatient ortho clinics in Boise and Meridian, Idaho.
Our clinics are Physical Therapists owned and managed. We foster a learning environment through weekly meetings, Lunch and Learns, and continuing education, including accommodations.
Our goal is to passionately inspire people to identify and achieve their “WHY.”
The perfect candidate will thrive as a member of the team if they enjoy connecting with patients to identify why they want help and take the steps to do whatever it takes for them to achieve their goals.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, has a desire to grow within the company, and dedicated to helping patients.
Our therapists enjoy dictating notes to our medical scribes, which provides more time with the patient and less time filling out paperwork, a schedule that can be flexible based on your needs and your clinic’s needs, and reimbursement for continuing education to help you stay up to date on the latest techniques.
Every week, our PTs and PTAs do lunch and learns, clinical cases study reviews and team meetings to collaborate with each other to get the best results for our patients.

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Promotes and maintains health by providing physical therapy services.
- Contributes by identifying patient care issues.
- Supervises therapy technicians and PTAs
- Administers treatment programs for patients.
- Documents patient care services by charting in patient records
- Performs therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises and instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities.
- Helps patients in using supportive devices, such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.
- Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens, giving normal growth and development information, and promoting wellness and health maintenance.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, and adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Maintains production objectives by noting current treatment trends and monitoring actual physical therapy services rendered to production objectives.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Idaho Physical Therapist License
- Prefer 1 year of outpatient ortho PT experience.
