Minero at Ponce City Market is in search of Prep Cooks to join our Award-Winning Culinary Team!

Located in the heart of Ponce City Market, one of Atlanta’s most vibrant shopping and dining destinations, Minero personifies true Mexican street food in a casual and lively atmosphere.

The Prep Cook opportunity is for someone looking to support a close-knit team of hospitality professionals. Someone who is excited to play an active role in day-to-day kitchen operations and to help promote and respect our culinary vision.

Applicants should have at least 1+ years’ experience cooking in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant. We are looking for those that are comfortable multitasking and prioritizing their job duties with experience in large scale food production.

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation: Competitive hourly, $15-$20
