Job Summary:

Performs key business process functions in support of Workforce Health (WFH) program, including contract management, budget tracking, materials management, billing and collections. Coordinates and monitors processes and related deliverables, ensuring consistency with established procedures and standards. . Acts as SuperUser of data systems used in related processes. Ensures superior office reception and telephone responsiveness consistent with customer service standards. Reports to Director of Operations and assists when needed and as requested. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Experience monitoring process performance is required. Three to five years of experience in business environment or equivalent is required.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's degree in related area is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Demonstrated business skills and knowledge to implement role is required. Competency with Microsoft Office is required. Working knowledge of Agility and/or EPIC software is preferred.
